"Needed my old boiler replaced Micks team removed the old one fitted the new one, cleaned the entire system and fitted a new radiator. An issue occurred with the new boiler on testing which the team sorted after a few calls to the Baxi rep and the part was replaced within an hour of the calls starting. Excellent customer care as they were originally told it would be Wednesday it would be replaced but with Mick in contact directly with the Baxi Rep it was sorted the same day with only an hours delay.
