"⭐ My Experience With Endeavour – Would I Recommend Them? No. After comparing prices and reviews of other similar companies, Endeavour initially seemed like the obvious choice. We paid our £1,058 deposit in January for a new front door and were advised the installation would take around 8 weeks. Instead, the job wasn’t fully completed until 22 May. Throughout the process, communication was practically non‑existent. We had to constantly chase for updates, and when the fitters finally arrived, they turned up without the door trims, something the office should have informed us about beforehand. We also requested a goodwill gesture due to the repeated delays and poor communication, but this was ignored entirely. No acknowledgement, no discussion. Two weeks later, the trims eventually arrived and were fitted, finally bringing the installation to an end. Would I use them again or recommend them? No, this is based purely on our experience with head office. Price and quality where reasonable, just poor customer service."
