I've never had to wait ages and the jobs itself had always been done pretty quickly. I also made the mistake of going to Frank's for my kitchen lino, who told me I didn't need it boarding when I did. Carpet and Flooring Studio were able to come at really short notice and get it boarded so I could get the lino down."
